We do not ship to UPS Stores, PO Boxes or any other hold-for-pickup 3rd party service. We do not ship outside the continental U.S.
We ship all deliveries via FedEx. All orders are processed as they are received.
All orders are processed weekdays within 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays, except by prior arrangement. If you would like to request other arrangements, please contact us for details and a quote.
We offer 2 shipping options:
Standard Ground Service - approximately 3-5 business days in transit to the east coast, 6-10 business days to the west coast.
We are extending savings for standard ground. A purchase of 1 - 12 bottles will incur the same shipping charge.
Express Next Day Air – 1-2 business day in transit.
Please take into consideration Saturday or Sunday are not a business days. An order placed on a Thursday or a Friday may lay in holding in FedEx warehouse till next business day.
2foodies may withhold your order due to excessive hot or cool temperatures to help protect your wine. In some parts of the country due to the weather Express shipping is recommended. Please be conscious about when ordering your wine.
Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.
All wine is sold in the State of New York, and the title passes to the buyer in New York. As such, the appropriate sales tax for the county of destination will be charged on all products shipped within New York State. On orders shipped to destinations outside New York State, no sales tax is charged.
Incorrect price, bottle size and vintage or out of stock product.
We do apologize in advance, occasionally we make mistakes on listed price, bottle size, vintage, or a product may be out of stock. When these issues arise, we contact the customer to rectify the situation with no penalty to the customer.
Flawed wines must be returned within 3 months of purchase. Opened bottles purchased after three months may not be returned. Items returned may be subject to evaluation by our staff. Bottles older than 10 years may not be returned, the customer assumes the risk.
Defective products may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
To return an item, bring it back to the store within 90 days along with original sales receipt. If the item was purchased online, please call the store at 585-270-5348.
